Zatir
When I was little more than a child, in my spare time I enjoyed following my father around the winery and watching him work.
But the real fun at that time was hanging out with my friends and expressing my creativity through the murals. Growing up I have become wiser, but without forgetting the good memories and the carefreeness of childhood.
This is the essence of the Zatir line - an Arabic word used to indicate the thyme, one of the spontaneous plants that grow on our estate - born to remind us that in life it is better not to take yourself too seriously. Zatir was, in fact, my “tag” when I painted with the spray cans on the walls.
Zatir are our wines to drink lightheartedly, but responsibly.

Watercolors
Pleasant wines characterized by expressive immediacy.
The name is inspired by the typical painting technique of travelers - watercolor - where light brushstrokes capture a landscape in its disarming simplicity.
These wines are our watercolors, with which, year after year, we paint the land and in which we seek the varietal expression of Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Perricone, Catarratto and Grillo. Flanked by Rosso di Bisaccia, a blend of allochthons and native varieties, a synthesis of past and present.
Day after day, year after year, we watch the vineyard grow and the land change.
Intuitions
The deep bond with our land has endowed us with that sensitivity capable of grasping intuitions.
Here you will find the wines dearest to us, born from the encounter between inspiration, patience and perseverance.
With Muscarò, we have brought Moscato delle Rose back to Sicily, a forgotten variety to which we have given back its place. With Spumante Gadì, we enhance Catarratto, replacing Chardonnay to enhance its native identity.
And then there is Coreterno, our macerated Catarratto, a decisive and profound wine that reveals a further nuance of this extraordinary variety. Catarratto is the essence of our territory, and with Coreterno we tell a story of an even different, intense and authentic soul.
